Catch complaints before they go public.
After a visit, Engage messages your guest on WhatsApp. Happy guests get a one-tap link to leave a Google review. If something went wrong, you hear it privately first - so you can fix it before it becomes a public 1-star.

The WhatsApp check-in: Satisfied, or Have a concern
Ask on WhatsApp after the visit. Hear concerns in private.
Satisfied = visit went well · Have a concern = wasn’t right, stays private
Here’s how Engage works today: happy guests get a link to leave a Google review. Guests with a concern message you privately - before anything goes public.
In the WhatsApp message, Satisfied means the visit went well. Have a concern means something wasn’t right — they tell you privately, not on Google.
Try it on WhatsAppMessage review to walk through the check yourself.

Check in on WhatsApp after the visit
Engage waits a bit, then messages your guest on WhatsApp with two reply buttons: Satisfied (the visit went well) or Have a concern (something wasn’t right).

One check-in. Two paths.
Their tap decides what happens next. Satisfied means the visit went well. Have a concern means something wasn’t right - and that stays with you first, not on Google.
Satisfied
Visit went well → one-tap Google review link
Have a concern
Something wasn’t right → private WhatsApp to you (not Google)

Happy? Send them to Google
When they tap Satisfied (visit went well), they get a one-tap link to your Google review page. You can see who opened the link - we never claim they posted a review.

A concern? Keep it private
When they tap Have a concern (something wasn’t right), their feedback stays in WhatsApp with you - not on Google - so you can make it right first.

You see open concerns first
Those private concerns show up on your Engage Home so you can follow up before a complaint becomes a public 1-star review.
Ten seconds at the counter.
When a guest leaves, your staff jot down their name and WhatsApp number. That’s it - no new billing system, no new inbox. Engage sends the follow-up message for you.
Reviews first. More WhatsApp tools later.
At launch, Engage helps you collect Google reviews and catch complaints early. Next on the same WhatsApp setup: follow-ups when customers enquire, then SMS, then a chatbot. Join the waitlist for reviews now.

For shops that already live on WhatsApp.
Salons, clinics, cafés, boutiques, and gyms - places where guests walk out the door, not click checkout. If you already message customers on WhatsApp, Engage fits how you already work.
Priced for a real shop.
Launching soon with simple plans. Plans start with 100 review requests - enough for a busy café, salon, or clinic, without paying for capacity you’ll never use.
Questions owners ask before joining.
How the WhatsApp check works, what happens with concerns, and what comes after reviews.
What is Engage?
Engage messages your guests on WhatsApp after a visit. Happy guests get a link to leave a Google review. Guests with a concern message you privately first - so you can fix it before it becomes a public review. More WhatsApp tools (follow-ups, SMS, chatbot) come later.
How does Engage ask for a Google review on WhatsApp?
After a visit, staff write down the guest’s name and WhatsApp at the counter. Engage waits, then sends a short check-in: Satisfied or Have a concern. Satisfied guests get a one-tap link to your Google review page.
What happens when a guest has a concern?
The concern stays private on WhatsApp with you. It shows up on your Engage Home so you can follow up before a complaint becomes a public 1-star review.
Is Engage only for Google reviews?
Reviews are what ships at launch. Engage is built for WhatsApp at the counter; chatbot, SMS, and follow-ups are planned next - not available on day one.
Does Engage filter unhappy customers away from Google?
Engage’s job is to hear concerns on WhatsApp first and invite happy guests to review. We do not market “only 5-stars reach Google,” and we never claim a specific customer posted a review.
What does Engage track?
Whether someone opened the Google review link, plus the status of each request in your dashboard. We do not say “this customer posted” on Google.
Who is Engage for?
Local businesses with in-person visits - salons, clinics, cafés, boutiques, and gyms - where WhatsApp is already how you talk to customers.
How much will it cost?
Launching soon with simple plans. Plans start with 100 review requests - sized for a real shop, not unused capacity.
Can I try Engage before joining the waitlist?
